Shipping Policy

• Free shipping on orders over $300 within the province of Ontario¹

• Orders outside of Ontario may be subject to increased shipping costs and delivery times.

• Free shipping to Centre Wellington & Guelph on orders over $40
   

Orders received before 12 PM Eastern Standard Time, will be processed and shipped on the same day. Please note that if an item is backordered you will be notified via email. For large items that have delivery and installation option such as the hospital beds, once the order is placed a member of the Health is best team will reach out to schedule a time for the delivery.
